Shipping & Delivery
Our standard delivery is standard shipping. For orders over 50 USD we have a 3% discount. For orders 250+ USD 5%. For orders 500+ USD 8%. For orders 1000+ USD 10%. For orders 2000+ USD 12%. Please ask us for the discount coupon.
Provided that all of the items on your order are in stock we will despatch your order as soon as we can, general within one to two working day but sometimes slightly longer during very busy periods. Where items on your order are out of stock the entire order will ship as soon as all of the items become available.
If you would like us to ship to an alternative address rather than your registered billing address, simply tick the box (when you are checking out) and complete the address details.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs - local or at your destination. You may be required to pay import duties by your government - you will be notified by the courier that delivers your goods if this is the case.

Payments are processed with PAYPAL only. You can use any creditcard or other payment procedures provided by PAYPAL.
Returns & Replacements

We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from us.

However should you wish, you can return it for any reason within 14 days from the date of despatch for a full refund (less postage costs). We will advice you with the RMA number and the return address. Customers have to pay all return fees.

Items must be unused and in an as new condition with all packaging and labels/tags attached.
Please be aware that you are responsible for the item(s) until such time as they are received by us. As such we advise that you use a traceable and insured method of delivery, or at least obtain proof of postage to enable you to claim from the carrier should your item(s) fail to arrive with us.

If the goods are damaged we will need a proof of the damage -  an image sent via email and a written damage proof by the courier. It is your responsibility to take care of this.
In the unlikely event that something you have purchased from us is faulty when it arrives then we will be happy to replace it for you.

We use PAYPAL as our payment processor. During checkout you will be transfered to PAYPAL website, where you can choose various options to pay. After confirmed payment, you will be redirected to our website. You will get an email order update status notification from us, when the order is pending, processing and completed.

Updating Account Information
During order processing it is not possible to update your shipping address information. During pending orders it is still possible.
